"This is to inform you i recieved the training log this morning, Jan .06,2009 at 9am.  When i got the notice from the post office that a package arrived for me i was very excited cause i knew it was the Training log.

As soon as i opened it and scanned through each page, i said to myself "perfect". Perfect in the sense that all the info about my running that i wanted to put on my running log was available on the said training log.  i like especially the "shoe mileage" portion. i cant wait to fill it up will all the info.

"The training logs arrived safe and sound Saturday! I showed one to my husband and he is really pleased with the format. I told him he can't have it until Christmas! His current log will last him through December. His current log doesn't have a separate area to enter his cross training info. He really likes the lay out of the logs."

"I have used the Training Log for many years. It has helped me from my hard training, oft injured running days on Guam through the Boston marathon in 2007. I don't use all the features all the time but I'm glad they are there. The log's main value to me as I get older is as my running brain. I forget so much. I've even forgotten my shoe size at times.
